Since my first competitive golf tournament I have had the drive to improve. Growing up in Wilmington NC I practiced mainly at Castle Bay CC spending every day practicing. I was a late bloomer in golf as I averaged an 83 my freshman year of high-school and by my senior year I averaged a 74. With limited offers I committed to Barton College where I played in four tournaments averaging a 74.8 my freshman year (2019-2020) . Sophomore year (2020-2021) my play improved and I qualified for every tournament averaging a 73.5. Continuing on my previous play, the summer of 2022 I had several successful tournaments highlighted by the NC Match Play where I was the Stroke Play Medalist and a Match Play Semifinalist. In March of 2023 I was able to get my first collegiate win at the Bulldog Invitational by shooting 70,69.74. Seven months later I was fortunate enough to get my 2nd win in college at the Cutter Creek Invitational shooting 73,70,68. Recently I won the Conference Carolinas Championship for my third and final collegiate win before turning professional in May of 2024.
